I got a photoshop question.

I used to remember this myself but i cant, and Google isn't helping me so i'll ask whoever reads this. My colors come out different when I upload them online. I think it has something to do with color settings but im not sure which settings. my dark grays are coming out brown and my yellows are coming out orange-ish. Any help is welcome, thx
